Rules for using Marven

1) Accepting these terms

By creating an account, connecting a platform, or using Marven, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company and that it accepts these terms.

2) What the service does

We provide tools to monitor social comments, generate draft replies with AI, and post responses to connected platforms. You remain responsible for all content you approve or publish and for complying with the terms of any connected platform (e.g., Facebook).

3) Accounts and security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of any suspected misuse.
• You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including by your team.
• We may suspend access to protect the service or other users if we detect abuse.

4) Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive content in drafts or published replies.
• Do not interfere with or overload our systems or attempt to bypass security.
• Respect rate limits and the policies of integrated platforms and AI providers.

5) Billing

If you sign up for a paid plan, fees are charged in advance per billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, but charges already incurred for the current cycle are non-refundable unless required by law. We will notify you of material pricing changes before they take effect.

6) Integrations and third parties

Connecting third-party accounts (like Facebook) authorizes us to access and process data necessary to provide the service. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their actions or outages.

7) AI-generated content

AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use human judgment before publishing. We do not provide legal, medical, or other professional advice through AI responses.

8) Modifications and availability

We may update the service, restrict features, or discontinue components with reasonable notice when practical. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to factors outside our control.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk to the service, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your account data per our retention policy.

10) Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or that the service will meet your requirements.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marven and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where AI Social Manager is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
